With effect from Friday, April 15th, 2023, the dispatch mode for all transcripts sent to the World Education Services (WES) must be SOFT COPY only. Use destination email - autosender@wes.org
With effect from September, 2024, all intra-University Transcripts will be processed digitally to transcript.spgs@esut.edu.ng. Use destination email - transcript.spgs@esut.edu.ng.
Sequel to the new digitization policy, all Transcript applications made before 13th December, 2022 will no longer be serviced.
Official transcripts cannot be sent to public emails such as gmail, yahoo etc or given to an alumni. Kindly add a business email or request for a student copy if you want it sent to a public email.
Do not use "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN" as recipient. Transcript addressed to "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN" will be serviced as Student copy
Transcripts with the Wrong Destination Countries will not be processed (even if it is a soft-copy request).
Ensure that you make the right Request, there is no refund after Payment or change of Request.
Transcript Request that has wrong ESUT address will be serviced as Student Copy
